Public Law 2025, Chapter 388, §§P-1 to P-4, which became effective September 24, 2025, includes new requirements specific to hospitals reporting 340B data to the MHDO.
To comply with and implement these changes, the MHDO will hold a public hearing in December for the proposed changes to 90 590 Chapter 340, Uniform Reporting System for Reporting 340B Drug Program Data Sets, with the expectation that the MHDO board of directors will adopt the revisions to Chapter 340 in the first quarter of 2026.
As a result, the MHDO will extend the deadline for the next round of reporting 340B data, which is for the FY 2025 to 7/31/2026.
MHDO will hold an educational webinar in early 2026 on the new reporting and submission requirements before the 7/31/2026 deadline.
